About The Middle Nerd

Hello everyone! My name is Hecate, the Middle Nerd from Three Nerds and a Book Club. I’m a recent college graduate and I’ve decided to read more alongside my friends Isis, and Scathach. Although I’m not as busy as most of my peers, I am pretty picky with the books I do read. So sometimes I’ll read more frequently than others. Here are some fun facts about me!

• I’m 5’9″ …and Asian! Yay Asians!
• I just got my BA in English and I plan on continuing until I get a PhD.
• I’m the oldest of two girls…girls who don’t really act like girls
• I went to an all girls college preparatory high school, so college was a strange surprise.
• I’ve been in a happy relationship for about 6 years now to another nerd (tech-geek/video games instead of literature).
• Although I have only a few friends, they’re the most amazing people in the world.
• I roleplay for fun. Sometimes I stop though if I can’t find anyone to my liking.
• I’m really friendly, but I’m shy. I tend not to talk first
• I currently work part time at Barnes and Noble…it is AWESOME
• I co-run a book club Three Nerds and A Book Club. Unfortunately, we are on a hiatus.
